Terms of Service

Last update: June 2025Note: You must be at least 18 years of age or have a parent/guardian's permission before commissioning me.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service. Please be sure to read it thoroughly!About My Art
I'm a digital artist who enjoys drawing fanart of things I like--usually video games, shows, or bands! When drawing digitally, I use both Medibang Paint Pro and Rebelle 5!If you'd like to take a look at my art before commissioning, they can be found in the platforms below:

As a commissioner, you may:

  • use your commission for personal use, such as icons, profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, or personal site display

  • use your commission for any nonprofit fanworks such as edits, slideshows, fanfictions, etc. with credit

  • have your commission printed for personal use only

  • post your commission on social media with credit

  • make minor changes to it, such as altering the hue/saturation or cropping it to your liking (If you would like to make larger changes to it, please let me know, so I can draw them for you! Alterations to a piece that has already been completed may cost extra depending on how significant the change is.)

As a commissioner, you may not:

  • redistribute your commission for sales or profit

  • use your commission for any NFT purposes

  • use it to train AI / alter it with AI

  • send me references that have been made using AI

  • resell your commission

  • claim it as your own artwork

  • copy/trace the artwork

As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork. With your permission, I may post your piece + tag you on social media or use your piece as an example for future commission sheets, but I will not use it for any profit or redistribution.If I feel uncomfortable with your use of the piece, I will let you know! Furthermore, if you disregard my Terms of Service, I may block you or have you blacklisted, and you may not be able to commission me in the future.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding the use of your commission!

I will draw:

  • original characters

  • sonas

  • game avatars

  • fanart of existing characters

  • very mild gore/blood

  • ships/pairings (including selfship/yumeship/OC x canon. Characters must be 18+)

  • backgrounds/landscapes/interiors that aren't too complicated

  • you/your loved ones

I will not draw:

  • NSFW/fetish content

  • inappropriate/hateful content

  • celebrities/influencers

  • any forms of proship (I will not draw any romantic artwork of pairings that include minors nor will I age up characters. I also will not draw any art depicting toxic/abusive behaviors between a pairing)

  • lolicon/shotacon

  • heavy gore

Some of my favorite things to draw are OC's/sonas, existing characters, and game avatars (especially ones that are inspired by fantasy or historic time periods!), and I enjoy drawing soft or romantic scenes, haha!Please note that I am not too experienced in drawing furries, mecha, weapons, or intricate armor, and I feel most comfortable drawing them as chibi's or rough drawings only. If you would still want them drawn, I would happily accept and try my best to draw them!I can refuse a commission if I do not feel comfortable with the request. If you have any questions about the content of your commission, please do not be afraid to ask!

Commission Process

Before ordering a commission, please read my Terms of Service first!

1. Email

To commission, you may email me at [email protected] with the following details for your request below.(If slots are all full, you may still email me your commission request, so you can join a waitlist. You will not need to pay the first half of the commission price until I approve your request and let you know when I'm ready to start your drawing.)Please be sure to include in your message:

  • a description of what you would like drawn

  • the type of commission you'd like to purchase

  • any visual references of characters/people, poses, or environments you'd like drawn (For characters, I'd really appreciate references that are clear, in color, and have multiple angles!)

  • your name/username/nickname at the end of your message as a signature to let me know that you've thoroughly read and agreed to my TOS

  • If I have drawn anything in the past that has an art style/theme/composition you like, please feel free to share it with me, as well!

2. Payment

For all commissions, 50% of the commission price must be paid upfront through PayPal. I will send you my PayPal account name once I'm ready to start your commission.
The second 50% of the commission price must be paid after I send you a finalized sketch of your drawing and you have confirmed it.
(Sketches will be roughly drawn and sent within a week of your payment. Larger pieces that include environments/backgrounds may have colors on them, as this helps me visualize and plan better! Sketches will also have watermarks on them; please do not remove them or use the artwork!)Note: Depending on your position in line, I may get to your commission sketch later, but I will keep in touch with you and try my best to send it to you as soon as I can!Refunds:
I only accept full refunds if I have not yet sent you a sketch of your commission. If you would like to cancel your commission after the sketch stage, please get in contact with me, so we can discuss a plan. Refunds are not allowed after I've completed most of the rendering or completed the full drawing.

3. Drawing

After the full payment has been made, I'll continue the rest of the drawing up to completion. Depending on the type of commission, it may take me up to a few weeks to complete the drawing, but you may request photos of my current progress if you'd like!

4. After Completion

Once I finish the drawing, I will send you a photo of your commission. If everything looks good and no revisions are needed, I will email you a .png image file of your drawing. Please be sure to download and save the file as soon as you can!After completion, you may post your commission on social media or use it for any personal use as you please as long as it follows my TOS!I may ask if I can post your commission publicly on my social media accounts, but please don't hesitate to let me know if I should keep it anonymous or not post it at all.

Chibi's
$15 per character
- Full body, fully colored with shading, transparent background

Rough Drawings
- Bust: $25 per character
- Half-Body: $35 per character
- Full-Body: $45 per character
- Fully colored with looser, less refined brush strokes and blockier rendering. Simple white background or any color/colored shape of your choice!

Rendered Bust
$35 for 1 character
- +$20 per additional character
- Fully colored and rendered, white background or any color/colored shape of your choice!

Rendered Half-Body
$45 for 1 character
- +$30 per additional character (max. 3)
- +$20 for full background/environment
- Fully colored and rendered. Simple backgrounds are free (white background or any color/colored shape of your choice)!
- Comes with a free chibi drawing of your character(s)!

Rendered Full-Body
$65 for 1 character
- +$40 per additional character (max. 3)
- +$25 for full background/environment
- Fully colored and rendered. Simple backgrounds are free (white background or any color/colored shape of your choice)!
- Comes with a free chibi drawing of your character(s)!
